All guests on safari in Kenya and Tanzania should take precaution as in any major city. Unless the hotel or lodge provides safety deposit boxes, it is advisable for guests to carry their travel documents, traveler's cheques, cash and any other valuables with them at all times.

Guests are advised to carry small amounts of cash and to be watchful of their handbags or wallets.

Taking photographs of policemen, etc. at airports or near military installations is not allowed. Before taking such photographs, permission should be obtained; seek the assistance of the driver/ guide in this matter.

Travel in the North East region of the country should be avoided because of conflict at the Kenya - Somalia border. Visitors should remain diligent and exercise caution wherever they go. Our touristic circuits are always safe.
